Snoring and Sleep Apnoea is potentially life threatening due to the repetitive pauses in breathing. Sleep Apnoea has serious health risks such as High Blood Pressure, Stroke and Heart Attack. At Millennium Dental we would like to let you know that we are now able to test the extent of your snoring and sleep apnoea. Instead of spending nights at a hospital or designated Sleep Centre, Patients are now able to conduct their own “Take Home” Sleep Study.
We provide all the equipment with detailed DVD instructions for you to have the Sleep Study while conducting it in the comfort of your own bed. The information is then analysed by a Respiratory Physician and the results returned within 2 weeks. The appropriate snoring/sleep apnoea device is then made to correct the problem.
